Alaskan Yellow Cedar is a great choice for exterior decking. Twice as hard as Redwood and Strong as Douglas Fir. Alaskan Yellow Cedar is very decay resistant, strong and does not splitter while accepting paint and stain very well. Available in 2x6(net 1-1/2") and 5/4 (net1" thickness) in 8 to 20 lengths. Cedar is an excellent product for exterior applications because of the species natural resistant to decay. Soft and east to work with, Cedar accepts stains very well making it a great product for siding. Soffit, fascia, trim, porch and deck ceilings for all applications. Interior ceilings are also a great option for Cedar. Pull out the beautiful color of cedar with a clear coat or light pigment stain. Available sizes: 1x4 through 1x12 and 2x4 through 2x12 in 8' to 16' lengths. Available finishes: smooth, resawn textured or circle sawn.
